Política de cancelación de pedidos

Purecornerly (referred to as "we") values the user experience and provides a clear process for order cancellation.

1. Conditions for order cancellation:

Orders may be eligible for cancellation under the following conditions:

  • The order has not yet entered processing or shipping status
  • The order status still allows cancellation within the system
  • The order information is complete and can be verified accurately

If the order has already entered the processing stage, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

2. Order cancellation process:

1. Contact our customer support team via email or telephone to request order cancellation, providing the order number and payment proof. 2. The customer support team will process your request promptly and, once approved, inform you of the result as soon as possible and arrange the refund.

3. Refund instructions:

Once the order is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method (such as bank card, Visa, or MasterCard).
